| Major: | Human Resource Management | | What do you like best about working at Spansion? | The pay and the hours. I work CPS. I like working 12 hour shifts. I know it seems like a lot of hours but one week i work 3 12 hour days and then I have 4 days off and the next week i work 4 12 hour days and then have off 3 days. It really does balance my work and life plans. | | What do you feel are the most unique things about Spansion? | The different community services they assist with. The different aspects of volunteering that they are involved in. | | What is the most challenging part of your job here at Spansion? | Sometimes it is hard to stay focused. This industry can run hot or cold and depending on that I can be extremely busy or not. | | What is the most memorable moment you've had working at Spansion? | Finishing my degree. | | Tell us about the team you work with and what you enjoy most about working with them. | My team is awesome. My mother passed away last year and without missing a beat my group stepped up, provided coverage and let me know that they supported me during this hard time. | | What makes you go to work each day? | The thought that I can make a difference. | | What advice do you have for people that are looking to work at Spansion? | Give Spansion a chance. There is a great atmosphere and cohesiveness about working here. | | What is your 'Claim to Fame'? | Any of my made from scratch desserts. | | What is your favorite quote? | "It is what it is" | | What was your childhood ambition? | To be a grown up. | | What is your favorite food? | Chocolate gravy and biscuits. | | Describe your perfect day. | Fresh coffee, light traffic, easy parking, pleasant people, no dilemas from the night shift, I am able to complete all tasks at hand. |
