Our corporate vaues are very basic and people oriented. Determination, initiative, ethics and mutual respect are personal choices that each employee has to make for themselves. Assembling a group this large and diverse which exhibits high levels of these values is a great accomplishment.

The people are great, even when the pressure is on to achieve lofty goals. | | What do you like best about working at Spansion? | In my position I support our technology development groups and our submicron 300mm developemnt fab. So I basically use my skills and toolset to help people solve problems or integrate new materials and processes. Helping other people is a key goal for me. | | Describe an interesting project you are working on (or have worked on) at Spansion. | I had a great experience supporting our Advanced Memory Research Group as they were exploring novel memory architectures and materials. They are a great bunch of people whose needs tasked my abilities and led me to grow my knowledge and skills.
