What advice do you have for people that are looking to work at Spansion?
Be ready to hit the ground running. Definitely our value of initiative and determination are needed here. There's a lot to do. Even though there are always people available to help, self direction is definitely a plus.

I looked forward to participating in building the infrastructure for the new company. | | What keeps you here? | I've been able to participate in starting several new programs and enjoy seeing them grow into an integral part of the organization. I like working with a global team. | | What do you like best about working at Spansion? | It is a team oriented company where I'm allowed to innovate and create "a better mousetrap". | | Describe an interesting project you are working on (or have worked on) at Spansion. | Developing the University Program has been interesting and challenging. | | What advice do you have for people that are looking to work at Spansion? | Be ready to hit the ground running. You will definitely put to use your initiative and determination. Even though there are always people available to help, self-direction is a quality we value. | | Do you have a favorite game? | I love board games. Scategories and Cranium are my favorites. I like the interaction with people and the discussion. | | What is your favorite food? | Pizza. During campus visits I get to try pizza from all over the country.
