KawasakiKawasaki is blessed with a convenient location through which railways and arterial roads connecting Tokyo and Yokohama pass. The city was the location of many plants in the Keihin Industrial Belt when Japan went though a period of rapid economic growth during the latter 20th century, but it has recently been undergoing redevelopment transforming it into a city of fashion, gourmet cuisine and shopping. The head office of Spansion Japan is located here in Kawasaki, consolidating almost all non-manufacturing functions such as the design, sales, marketing, QA and administrative divisions. Using these resources in Kawasaki, we provide Spansion products and services to Japanese customers, which make up a very important market for us. Spansion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
